Description
Pacific House Bouquet Small Batch Gin is made with a mixture of botanicals including juniper, coriander, angelica, cardamom, chamomile, licorice, orris root, lavender, bay leaves, and lemon peel. The gin is distilled in small batches before being bottled at 92 proof.
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Nose is complex yet not overwhelming.
Palate: A splendid taste with a warm feel to it. Not to smoky but silky smooth.
Finish: Finish is smooth and long.
