Our unblended Straight Rye is is complex, unexpectedly smooth and beautifully complex. Made grain-to-glass in-house using only the finest Texas grain, grown just down the road from the distillery.
Nose: peppery spice, cacao, leather, tobacco.
Palate: Hints of cereal grain, graham cracker, tobacco, chocolate.
Lingering warmth that leaves you returning for just one more sip.
